You have the option of being on Automatic Delivery or Will Call.

Auto Delivery: Automatic deliveries offer you the security of knowing you will not run out of fuel. DVE will monitor your tank consumption based on previous delivery history and changes in degree-days and will fill your tank accordingly. Difficulty can arise from inconsistent usage, which makes delivery needs difficult to predict. Notifying us if you think you are or will be using more fuel than typical will allow us to adjust your delivery schedule. Our goal is to fill your tank around 25 to 30%. You may receive more or less frequent fill-ups from the previous years as we adjust our routing system.

Will Call: Should you prefer to monitor your own fuel supply, we provide a Will Call/Call In option. It is critical that Will Call Customers remember to allow sufficient lead-time for delivery during regular business hours. DVE must have at least one-week notice of when you will need fuel. We will deliver fuel to you the next time that we are in your area. DVE makes no performance guarantees and therefore does not recommend this option. Special delivery typically is not an available option to Will Call customers.
